Le più grandi star della musica country si sono riunite domenica sera per onorare il meglio dei video musicali e delle performance televisive country ai CMT Music Awards 2024.
Kelsea Ballerini, che è tornata a ospitare la cerimonia per la quarta volta, Lainey Wilson, Megan Moroney, Cody Johnson e Jelly Roll sono arrivati alla serata a pari merito per il maggior numero di nomination, con tre ciascuno. Jelly Roll avrebbe vinto tutte e tre le categorie in cui era stato nominato.
Per il suo quarto turno di hosting dei CMT Music Awards, Kelsea Ballerini sta facendo qualcosa di diverso. Dopo tre anni trascorsi a condurre lo spettacolo insieme a Kane Brown,
“È sicuramente un terreno nuovo per me”, ha detto Ballerini. “Ma è il mio quarto anno di hosting, quindi sento di aver imparato molto. E la cosa buona dei CMT è che c’è un’energia così leggera, quindi non c’è una pressione che ritengo sia perfetta. Voglio solo divertirmi, onorare la serata e aiutare le persone a divertirsi.
