Dua Lipa and Callum Turner Get Married in Intimate London Ceremony

The singer, 30, and the actor, 36, tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at Old Marylebone Town Hall in London on Sunday, May 31.

Lipa wore a suit dress by Schiaparelli couture that was designed by Daniel Roseberry, Vogue reported. She paired the attire with matching gloves and Christian Louboutin shoes, as well as an oversized white hat by Stephen Jones, as she walked hand in hand with Turner, who wore a navy suit and tie. Dua, 29, stunned in a white hat, dress and gloves hand in hand with newly wedded husband, 35-year-old Callum, wearing a navy suit and tie.

Eight friends and family stood on both sides of the stairs at Marylebone Registry and tossed confetti as the beaming couple headed into a black cab.

A small security team and the family went in a green Land Rover and accompanied the couple who left in taxi.

One passerby said she saw the commotion but didn’t think much of the low-key event.

“It all happened very fast. In and out, job done.”

It was a low-key affair making them legally man and wife ahead of their second wedding – a lavish three-day event in Sicily.

The London registry office spot is a favourite amongst celebrities, with Sir Paul McCartney and Liam Gallagher both married there twice.

The Sun this week revealed how the A-list couple were planning a star-studded bash on the Italian island, kicking off on Thursday.

Showbiz pals including singers Charli XCX and Tove Lo are on the guestlist.
There are even whispers that Sir Elton John, who Dua collaborated with on the 2021 song Cold Heart, could perform.

Inspired by pal Charli, insiders say the ceremony will be a massive, luxurious affair.

“They have rented out multiple huge venues for the multi-event extravaganza,” said a source.

Recently Dua Lipa made a surprise appearance at Berlin Film Festival to accompany her (at the times) fiancé, Callum Turner, at the world premiere of his new film “Rosebush Pruning.”

The couple  on the red carpet, looking so in love as they posed for photographers. Lipa wore a romantic see-through lace gown, while Turner sported a chic brown suit.

There were plenty of smiles, laughs and cheek-kisses exchanged before Lipa squeezed Turner’s hands and stepped away, letting him take the spotlight.

Turner stars in “Rosebush Pruning,” a biting satire from “Motel Destino” director Karim Aïnouz, alongside Riley Keough, Jamie Bell, Elle Fanning, Lukas Gage, Tracy Letts and Pamela Anderson. All were on hand at the premiere besides Keough and Fanning.

“Rosebush Pruning” follows four American siblings as they “wallow in isolation and their inherited fortune, eschewing the demands of their blind father and seeking love and validation through each other and their latest designer clothes,” according to the film’s synopsis. “When Jack, the eldest brother and linchpin of this family, announces that he is moving in with his girlfriend Martha, blood ties are severed and Ed is forced to uncover the truth surrounding their mother’s death. Generational lies begin to unravel, and the fabric of this family slowly begins to disintegrate.”

Earlier on Saturday at the film’s press conference, Turner was immediately asked about rumors that he may be the next James Bond. “It’s very early for that question,” he said with a slight smirk. “I’m not going to comment on it.”
