Yankee Stadium in The Bronx on July 18; MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, on Aug. 8; and Citi Field in Queens on Aug. 21. Joel will be joined by three other rock giants for each concert: Rod Stewart at Yankee Stadium, MetLife Stadium and Sting at Citi Field.
He’s calling it a “Triple Play,” the rocker’s rep exclusively told The Post.
“I’m looking forward to playing these iconic stadiums this summer — each holds personal significance to me,” Joel told Billboard. “There’s nothing like the energy of the crowds in New York, and sharing a stage with my friends, Rod Stewart, Sting and Stevie Nicks, whose music always inspires me, is extremely rewarding.”

“My health must come first” Billy Joel has postponed his UK shows until next year due to health reasons.
The tour will resume at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh on July 5, 2025.
Billy had originally been scheduled to perform at Ford Field in Detroit with Stevie Nicks on March 29 but that show has been postponed until November 15.
The other postponed dates include a stop in Toronto, Canada, which will now take place in March 2026 as well as shows in Syracuse and Salt Lake City, which have been rescheduled for April 2026 and May 2026 respectively.
About Joel’s Concert History with Rod Stewart
Joel previously played one other joint show with Stewart, which took place on September 13, 2024, at Huntington Bank Field in Cleveland. At that concert, Stewart teamed up with Joel during Billy’s set to perform the Faces classic “Stay with Me.”
Billy's planned performances in Edinburgh and Liverpool in the UK will now take place in June 2026, while a stop in Charlotte will go ahead in July 2026.
The singer, songwriter and pianist initially shared details of his gigs back in September – confirming that he would be headed over to the UK for two huge headline shows. These included a stop at Edinburgh’s Scottish Gas Murrayfield on June 7, followed by a show at Liverpool’s Anfield Stadium on June 21.
For the former, it would mark his first time playing in the Scottish city for 46 years. For the latter, it was set to be his first time playing in Liverpool in 45 years.
