The fourth single from their latest album ‘The Clearing’, the video for ‘Just Two Girls’ stars Bohemian Rhapsody and The Politician actor Lucy Boynton and was directed by Colin Solal Cardo. (NME)
Boynton stars alongside frontwoman Ellie Rowsell in the video, in which they go for drinks together before slightly wreaking havoc in the restaurant.
Described as a “love letter penned for female friendships all over the globe,” the song celebrates the power of connection between best friends.
The four-piece, who recently covered Olivia Dean’s ‘Nice To Each Other’ in BBC Radio One’s Live Lounge, kick off their North American tour tomorrow (September 10) with a date in Atlanta before they take in the likes of New York City, Toronto and Chicago. Guitarist Joff Oddie announced yesterday that he won’t be joining, however, as he awaits the birth of his first child. John Victor of Gengahr will be taking his place in the line-up.
