Zara Larsson brings fairy dust, butterflies, and animated hearts in her perfectly choreographed dancing wake in her new video for “Blue Moon.”
In the Charlotte Rutherford-directed video, the Swedish pop star struts down a dirt road before kicking off her heels, and dances as she sings. “Shine on me/Kiss me in the dark/Tell me I look beautiful underneath the stars,” she sings on the catchy chorus. “Head on your chest, that’s my favorite part/Don’t we look beautiful underneath the stars?”
Animated hearts and butterflies create a romantic, fantastical world around the singer, who also dances in a bus stop and on a wet, deserted street. She later sprouts wings to become a fairy and transforms into a mermaid.
