Fans have noted that there is now a gap in the musician’s schedule over Glastonbury weekend. Rumours around the American singer-songwriter heading to Worthy Farm arrived after SZA was announced as one of the headline acts for this year’s BST Hyde Park series. She’ll join the previously-announced artists Shania Twain, Andrea Bocelli, Robbie Williams, Stray Kids, Kylie Minogue and Kings Of Leon at the London event.
The US R&B musician, real name Solana Imani Rowe, was named international artist of the year at the Brit Awards on Saturday.
Although she wasn’t there in person to collect the accolade, SZA said in a pre-recorded video message: “Thank you Brits so much for this award.
“Sorry I can’t be there. I’m so grateful for this honor. Thank you for bumping my music.
“I hear you’re at the O2, which is my favorite. I will always give y’all the best of me and I should be back really soon. Thank you!”
The London festival also features headliners Stevie Nicks, Kings Of Leon, Andrea Bocelli, Robbie Williams, Shania Twain, and Stray Kids on the bill.
Another headline act fresh off her Brits Global Icon win is Kylie Minogue. The Aussie pop legend will headline on July 13. It’s her second time here; she originally played the festival 9 years ago.
She said: “Anything that draws me back to London - and therefore to England - fills my heart with joy.
"And to be able to visit and make music… is always a dream come true…”
Stevie Nicks, Ed Sheeran And Pearl Jam Lead BottleRock 2024 The bill also includes Kali Uchis, Megan Thee Stallion, Queens of the Stone Age, My Morning Jacket, and St. Vincent.
The 75-year-old singer - is currently completing a US tour, which was extended due to phenomenal demand.
Kings Of Leon, Andrea Bocelli, Robbie Williams, Shania Twain, Kylie Minogue and Stray Kids are also set to headline BST.
Tickets for Stevie's date go on sale on Wednesday 6 March, 10am GMT available at www.bst-hydepark.com.
Meanwhile, Stevie recently insisted Fleetwood Mac is "done" without the late Christine McVie.
The frontwoman admitted there is "no reason" to continue the 'Landslide' band without their beloved keyboard player and vocalist, who died in November 2022, aged 79, after a stroke and cancer battle, because they "can't go any further".

The 34-year-old star's haul included Best R'n'B/Soul Female Artist, Album of the Year for 'SOS', as well as Song of the Year and The Ashford and Simpson Songwriter’s Award for mega-hit 'Snooze'.
The Snooze hitmaker is up for nine awards, including Record and Song of the Year for her smash hit Kill Bill and Album of the Year for her sophomore album SOS.
Her other nominations include Best R&B Song for Snooze, Best Traditional R&B Performance for Love Language and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for her collaboration with Phoebe Bridgers, Ghost in the Machine.
SZA, real name Solána Imani Rowe, has previously been snubbed by the Recording Academy. In 2018, the 34-year-old was nominated for five Grammy awards related to her debut album Ctrl, but did not end up winning any of the awards she was nominated for.
