Disney has released its soundtrack, featuring pretty much all the songs you remembered from the original movie, plus the new Beyoncé song “Spirit,” as well as the Elton John song “Never Too Late,” which plays over the credits, and Lebo M.’s “He Lives in You” (originally written for the stage musical and featured in The Lion King 2) and “Mbube.

While the film doesn’t hit theaters until July 19, the soundtrack offers a glimpse at just how magical it’s going to be.

Elton John made a surprise appearance at The Lion King   in honor of the production’s 20th anniversary on Broadway.
