The idea for the shows came  from Stewart’s daughters Ruby and Kimberly. “They love Stevie,”

They’ve crossed paths over the years. Nicks recalls attending a New Year’s party in the Seventies at Stewart’s L.A. home. Nicks remembers Stewart, afraid she was drunk and might damage his collection of Tiffany lamps, asking, “Can I have that glass of wine before you walk in?’ I was horrified.” Stewart says, “Oh, the bitch I am sometimes. I probably wanted more wine for myself.”

On Saturday, March 9, Billy Joel and Stevie Nicks will team up for a gig at Arlington’s AT&T Stadium as part of their ongoing ‘Two Icons, One Night Tour.’  Stevie Nicks is also set to headline American Express presents BST Hyde Park.
The Fleetwood Mac legend will bring her revered solo show to the London landmark on 2024 July 12.

In 1977, Robert Plant expressed his desire to record with Stevie Nicks.

Fleetwood Mac was at the height of their fame, having recently released Rumours, and Plant, like many others, found Nicks fascinating. The trouble was, he had a hard time remembering her name. The two singers never did work together, but their writing styles prove that they would have been great partners., according to Showbiz.Robert Plant and Stevie Nicks | Stevie nicks, Stevie nicks fleetwood mac, Stevie

In 1977, Plant spoke to Interview Magazine. When discussing the music he listened to at home, he mentioned wanting Nicks to sing with Led Zeppelin.

“Uh, I like Little Feat, Fleetwood Mac — obviously,” he said. “That little lady ought to come and sing on one of our albums. If she were to come sing on one of our albums — it would…What’s her name? — Stevie…”

Despite wanting her on an album, he acknowledged that it was unlikely that this would ever happen.
