This comes after reports emerged that The Rolling Stones would be headlining a “multi-day extravaganza” at Knebworth next summer – perhaps capitalising on Glastonbury’s absence from the festival circuit in 2018.
The Stones will then visit Scotland, playing the BT Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh on June 9 then onto Wales for a gig at Cardiff's Principality Stadium on June 15.
The band will round off their UK tour with a final date at Twickenham on June 19, The Sun reports.
The news will delight British fans, who were left disappointed last year when the Stones announced their European 'No Filter' Tour would NOT be coming to the UK - as they couldn't find a venue of the right size.
