The 17-time Grammy winner will trek across the U.S. with drummer Chris Maas and guitarist Dominic Miller

The Sting 3.0 2024 Tour will start on September 17 in Detroit, Michigan at Fillmore Detroit. Unless even more dates are added, the tour should come to an end on November 15 in Los Angeles, California at The Wiltern.

Sting announced that he’ll be hitting the road this fall as part of his Sting 3.0 tour with drummer Chris Maas (who previously collaborated with Mumford & Sons and Maggie Rogers) and guitarist Dominic Miller, his longtime collaborator.

While the frontman won’t heading on a reunion tour with his former Police bandmates, Sting 3.0 promises to celebrate “a new dynamic era showcasing selections from his vast catalog through the urgent lens of a tight three-piece combo.”

Members of Sting’s fan club will get first dibs to pre-sale tickets on sting.com starting Monday, followed by pre-sales for Citi and American Express members throughout the week. General ticket sales will be available Friday at 10 a.m. local time on the website.

Billy Joel and Sting Kick Off Joint Tour

Billy Joel and Sting kicked off their One Night Only slate of co-headlining summer shows Saturday with a gig in Tampa Bay, with both artists popping up during the other’s set to help sing one of their classic songs.

Joel introduced Sting’s set at Raymond James Stadium, telling the audience, “I saw this guy when he came with his band to the States, and I was blown away. This was the late-Seventies. I thought he was great then, and I think he’s great now. He’s one of my favorite musicians of all-time.”
