Kerry Ellis is a famous musical theatre star who is successfully transitioning over to mainstream pop

Her latest album, produced by and featuring May, reinforces his belief in her potential with a potent mix of crossover pop covers and heart-rending ballads.

How good is Kerry’s voice? Well, she took over from Idina Menzel as Elphaba in the Broadway run of Wicked and her version of Defying Gravity was just as spine-tinglingly powerful as Menzel’s – a stand-out moment of 21st century stage musicals.Kerry Ellis & Brian May Rock You and Champions Last Night of the Proms.MP4 - YouTube

Brian has been trying to hitch Ellis’s talents to something beyond musical theatre ever since her top 15 solo album, Anthems, in 2010.

Brian collaborated with Kerry Ellis lots of time in the past, and the duo released two albums together. In 2013, they released’ Acoustic By Candlelight,’ and ‘Golden Days’ released after four years.

Back in March 2021, Brian and Kerry released a new music video, which is a re-recording version of ’It’s Gonna Be All Right (The Panic Attack Song), named Panic Attack 2021 (It’s Gonna Be Alright).

After a short period, Brian made another announcement and thrilled the community by saying that he will be on the stage alongside Kerry in the coliseum and they will bring two brand new songs for them.
