The event will be held across the weekend of 6-7 June, and is hosted at the home of Nick and Annette Mason, Middlewick House, in Corsham.
Running since 2013, with about 15,000 people attending last year, it raises money for Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance Charity and The Wiltshire Bobby Van Trust, which supports elderly people.
Jennie Shaw, director of the trust, said: "[The event] gets bigger and bigger each year, with people travelling from across the UK and the world to attend."
The annual Open Garden event is to raise money for the Wiltshire Bobby Van Trust and Wiltshire Air Ambulance and raised last year a total of £123,000 split equally between both charities.
Visitors to the picturesque surroundings will be able to walk around the stunning walled garden, browse over 60 stalls from local traders, as well as enjoy something to eat and drink from the BBQ and café.
Pink Floyd drummer Nickwill hand to sign autographs and pose for pictures, as well as displaying his incredible collection of sports cars.
Local car clubs bolstered the number of sports vehicles on site, including Jaguar, Lotus, Ferrari, and Porsche.
Jennie Shaw, director of the Wiltshire Bobby Van Trust, says the open gardens it is being held at Middlewick House in Pickwick, Corsham, to raise funds for Wiltshire Air Ambulance and the Wiltshire Bobby Van Trust, of which Mrs Mason is a vice-patron.
“We will be limiting the number of attendees to 2,000 on each day, which is 50 per cent of the original permitted capacity.
"As an outdoor event, mask wearing is not mandatory, although visitors may wish to do so."
This year, visitors will be able to wander around the gardens of Middlewick House and browse an array of stalls selling everything from plants to art.
Tea, coffee and cakes will be available throughout the day, along with Nick Mason’s famous barbecue.
Mr Mason will also display his stunning array of classic and high performance sports cars, including McLarens and Ferraris.
Food and drinks will be served across two separate areas, there will be many more tables and chairs to enable social distancing, and tables and chairs will be regularly cleaned, Mrs Shaw said.
She added: “Signage will be on site to remind people and they will not be able to gather into groups outside their family and their bubbles.
