Great rock returns to the Circus Maximus. David Gilmour has just announced six shows scheduled at the Circus Maximus in Rome between September and October. For the former Pink Floyd it will be a live return to the ancient Roman stadium, where he performed already in 2016. The 78-year-old guitarist, close to returning to the recording scene with the new album "Luck and strange", will perform at the Circus Maximus on 27, 28 and 29 September and then again on 1, 2 and 3 October, just a few days after the album's release.
Gilmour has previously announced six evenings at the Royal Albert Hall scheduled October.

Gilmour has just announced six evenings at the Royal Albert Hall scheduled for 9, 10, 11, 12, 14 and 15 October.
Just don’t show up expecting to hear Pink Floyd hits like “Wish You Were Here,” “Comfortably Numb” or “Money.” In a new interview with Uncut, Gilmour said he has an “unwillingness to revisit the Pink Floyd of the Seventies” and would rather focus the set around his new album and other periods of Floyd’s history.
