Ruth took to her Instagram to share the exciting news.
She posted an adorable picture of the little girl wrapped up in a cardigan and lilac hat.
"Cecelia Rose Clapton-Greenwood. Born 6th Jan 9.21am," she penned.
"All of us are so in love with her, and I can't wait to share my C-section journey with you, but I'm just not quite ready to be out of our newborn bubble yet. Just couldn't resist sharing this pic of her with you all before leaving the hospital today."
Ruth is already mum to two sons, aged 12 and nine, with her ex-husband Dean Bartlett, from whom she split in 2020.
She went on to find love with British musician Greenwood in August 2023.
The couple announced they were expecting a child last July with a heartwarming video of Greenwood cradling Ruth's growing bump, and showing off the ultrasound scans.
"We're having a baby! Just over 12 weeks now, due at the end of January 2026. So grateful," she wrote in the caption.
Clapton secretly fathered Ruth during an affair with studio manager Yvonne Kelly, while he was married to model Pattie Boyd.
Her existence was kept secret from the public until 1991, when she attended the funeral of Clapton's four-year-old son, Conor, who fell to his death from a window of a New York skyscraper.
