Yesterday (February 20), a desperate Grimes took to X (formerly Twitter) – which Musk owns – to publicly address him, claiming that one of their kids is facing a “medical crisis”. Grimes did not reveal which child she was referring to, and has not disclosed the details of the situation.
She wrote in response to one of Musk’s post: “Plz respond about our child’s medical crisis. I am sorry to do this publicly but it’s no longer acceptable to ignore this situation. This requires immediate attention.
She continued: “If you don’t want to talk to me can you please designate or hire someone who can so that we can move forward on solving this. This is urgent, Elon.”

In a separate tweet to another commenter asking about the situation, Grimes explained: “I’m not giving any details but he won’t respond to texts, call or emails and has skipped every meeting and our child will suffer life long impairment if he doesn’t respond asap, so I need him to fucking respond and if I have to apply public pressure then I guess that’s where we are at.”
Grimes has since issued a follow-up post that her tweets have been shadow-banned (meaning the public can’t see them on her page unless they check her replies) and that she’s deleting the posts as Musk’s lack of response could turn the situation into “a media circus at the expense of the kids”.
