Items linked to music legends such as Queen, The Beatles and Michael Jackson are set to go under the hammer in an auction with an estimated total value of £3 million.
The Propstore sale will feature 800 lots, including a black and gold military jacket worn in public by Jackson between 1994 and 1996, and a Pan American Airways menu autographed by all four members of The Beatles during their inaugural flight to the US.
Detailed with 24-carat gold braiding, the jacket worn by the “Thriller” singer is expected to fetch between £180,000 and £360,000, while the Beatles menu, dated 7 February 1964, is expected to make between £40,000 to £80,000.
Additionally, the auction includes a stage-worn, embellished black wrap top and flared trousers belonging to Queen frontman Freddie Mercury from the Sheer Heart Attack tour, valued between £60,000 and £120,000.

Noel Gallagher’s autographed Takamine FP460SC acoustic guitar, one of two identical guitars used during Oasis’s 1996 MTV Unplugged performance at London’s Royal Festival Hall as well as the (What’s the Story) Morning Glory? and Be Here Now tours will also go on sale.
The instrument, which comes with a stencilled Oasis case, is expected to make between £75,000 and £150,000.
Other items include a pair of John Lennon’s tinted glasses, expected to fetch between £100,000 and £200,000, and glasses worn by George Michael during the Faith tour, which are valued between £15,000 and £30,000.
Sex Pistols guitarist Steve Jones’ Filthy Lucre Tour stage-worn Vivienne Westwood Kilt is also included in the auction along with a signed promotional photo of the band, with the pair expected to make between £5,000 and £10,000.
