Thank you for joining us! #Repost @natalie_imbruglia ・・・ This is me #fangirling @adriennelwarren after watching her and the INCREDIBLE cast of @tinathemusical I don’t think I have ever heard some one sing like that… apart from @tinaturner herself!!!! Words cannot describe. This one you have to experience. Go see the show. Met the cast after and they were so lovely and humble. They work so hard for our entertainment!! I’m inspired. Thanks for taking me @cduncombe 😘💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻
“Working on this show has been a life-changing experience for me,” Warren said in a statement released to the press. “Tina’s unshakable courage, grace and determination have been our constant inspiration, and I
honored to have had the opportunity to be part of this telling of her story. It has been an amazing year in London, working with the incredible Phyllida Lloyd, Katori Hall and the creative team, in a city that has welcomed me with open arms. Returning home to Broadway, in this role and in this show, is a dream come true.”Produced by Phil Spector, “River Deep, Mountain High” — which was ranked Number 33 on Rolling Stone’s 500 Greatest Songs of All Time list.
It’s really important to me to have the chance to share my full story. This musical is not about my stardom. It is about the journey I took to get there. Each night I want audiences to take away from the theatre that you can turn poison into medicine.”
