The eight-bedroom home, called Old Rectory, sits on 5.75 acres of land in Dittisham, Dartmouth, Devon, an oceanside community roughly 200 miles southwest of London.
The property sits on a luscious rolling hill at the banks of the River Dart. Though the beautiful home was originally built in 1760, it has been completely updated with modern amenities.
The ground floor features a lobby which leads to a sprawling reception hall. A sitting room, home office, drawing room, boiler room and laundry are also found on this floor, but the biggest highlight is an expansive entertainment area. The oversized kitchen and breakfast room flows freely into a formal dining room, creating the perfect environment for welcoming guests.

Recently John Paul Jones has re-recorded the 1971 Led Zeppelin classic “When The Levee Breaks” with help from 17 musicians from around the globe
The video features Derek Trucks, drummer Stephen Perkins, harmonica player Ben Lee, singer Susan Tedeschi, singer Elle Márjá Eira, slide guitarist Keith Secola, and vocalist Mihirangi.
According to LedZepNews, Jones is recording music for the movie which is set in Iceland and has been in production since 2019, though a release date has yet to be announced.
Jones formed Snoweye in 2017 with Elle Márjá Eira and Lucy Parnell. The band has only performed a handful of times but has its own website and company incorporated in the UK.
Jones formed Snoweye with Elle Marja Eira, who is Norwegian, and Lucy Parnell in 2017, and the group has performed live only a handful of times since then. Snoweye describe themselves as "ethereal, yet soulful. Elusive, yet instinctive," performing "folk-inspired melodies" in both Sami, an indigenous Finno-Ugric language, and English. The trio uses "voice, mandolin, multi-layered guitars, electronics and field recordings" to create "haunting performances." (Ultimateclassicrock)
In the movie, And Anne, a woman isolates herself in an attempt to "build a reality that doesn't burn like fire," according to IMDb, and overcome a traumatic experience from her late childhood. She creates an imaginary friend named MANI to help herself cope. Original music from Snoweye will be included in the film’s soundtrack. "Anne is the loneliest wedding photographer on the planet," And Anne director Tim Kaza describes the film on his LinkedIn profile. "So she sets out on an epic journey to find her one true friend: the man in the moon himself."
After Robert Plant’s latest musical project was revealed, fellow Led Zeppelin co-founder John Paul Jones announced a new musical project called Sons of Chipotle.
The project sees John Paul Jones join forces with acclaimed Finnish cellist Anssi Karttunen and they’re billed as covering “an uncommonly vast area of the musical map.”
A statement on John Paul Jones’ official website reads: “It is incredibly rare to find two of the finest musicians in the world performing in such an intimate setting for what will be a series of remarkable concerts.
“Both musicians are known to be curious minds, always ready to learn and to discover. When they improvise, borders disappear, they are free to migrate beyond prejudices, across continents. In a world where walls are being built and people are told where they cannot go, Sons of Chipotle want music to be a place of openness.”
